"ALCOHOL IS A TOXIC SUBSTANCE, WE MUST TRY OUR BEST TO STAY AWAY."

So everyone, from teenagers to the very elderly drink.
And it is not such a bad thing in short term, as a bit of silly dancing and sick (unless you rebuke sick) is not too bad.
However, the long term effects can seriously harm you and your vital organs especially the liver.
In a recent study Alcohol can cause blood poisoning and the alcohol levels after a binge and during are around 300-400 mg which COULD be fatal according to health expert Dr Pixie. 36% of guys aged 16-24 said they had been binge drinking in the last week.

Alcohol contrubutes to around 100,000 deaths annually which is making it the third preventable type of death.
This type of drink also costs & WASTES £25 billion a year!
On Jonnylonglife.com, their study shows that over 1,000 children aged 15 and under are admitted to hospital for blood poisoning.
I'm not saying scrap alcohol, I'm just asking you to "LAY OFF IT A BIT."

Our country as a whole are obsessed with alcohol and it needs to stop, soon, we'll be having loads of deaths and it'll bring alcohol up to being the highest death rate that you could prevent.

The law goes up for drinking, but I feel they're being too lenient about drinking in your own home, not taking in that this can cause even more deaths as more feel they can do it without having to worry.
The question is, are YOU willing to cut down?

So, how much did you drink last night?
Find out on the Alcohol Unit calculator at:

Ask yourself the question; do YOU want a liver like this?
(first one is normal, second is with cancer/liver failure)
