Psychology...tell me about it.

Ever been told that if you get your anger out you feel better? Well thats certainly not true...at all.
In fact, it is more likely to increase your anger, research shows that it doesn't work! It makes you want to get annoyed.
Although the rush of anger is addictive, giving it out, doesn't make it better, so don't try it!
What about believing in youself? That's not true either, purely because people who have too much self esteem are usually related to as "douchebags." Lets get things straight, believing doesn't give you what you want or need, you have to do something about it to get it, so don't rely on bull.

Lie detectors...not always right, lie detectors obviously cant sense someone lying, in fact, it's proberly a guess.
If they could, then port holes could also probably exist, not gonna happen really is it?
some detectors are better than, lets say apples at detecting liars...to be truthful, they probably dont work...
BUT these can detect increasing heart rate as the patient tells the "lie or truth". If you are telling the truth it would be very relaxed heart beat, wheras if you are lying, your heartbeat would increase dramatically as you are putting stress on youself to come up with some crazy story. do they work or not? you deciede.
